Working as a freelancer for Alkemy, we supported the Italian leading travel agency Alpitour in creating a new service aimed at reducing unsold travel inventory and attracting a new customer base. To achieve this goal, I conducted UX research and produced a comprehensive report that identified the value proposition of the product. I analyzed the complexities involved and facilitated dedicated workshops to simplify their offerings. Additionally, I collaborated with the Alkemy design team to design the entire travel platform from start to finish.
