As a UX and Lead Product Designer, I led a two-year project to redesign the CRM system for Italy's primary enterprise software provider, Teamsystem. Working closely with an enthusiastic team, we conducted user research, followed a research-based process, designed, tested, and built the final product from the ground up. Currently, we are in the process of launching a beta version of the software, and I am now engaged in a new project.
